Our Management Team

Our Founder and President, James Wilson, has been in the staffing industry for over 50 years and has owned several companies that have provided Direct Hire, Travel Nurse, and Temp to Perm recruiting solutions. ABPS provides direct-hire placements within the healthcare segment. Our senior managers, Toby Tripp, and David Wilson have been employed with ABPS MedStaff for nearly 30 years. We also have a staff of over a dozen full-time dedicated team members holding various positions such as recruitment, account management, accounting, sales support, and information technology.
