ABPS MedStaff offers three models of payment depending on the level of search you are seeking.
Contingency Search – No up front cost, fees are only paid if and when a placement is made and the candidate starts to work.
Retained Search – This model is recommended for very specialized recruiting assignments that require a more sophisticated approach. Fees are typically billed in three installments, based on reaching specific recruiting milestones throughout the search and interview process.
“Retingency” Search – This combines the most popular benefits of our retained and contingency search models. A small down payment is made to commit the services of one of our recruitment teams; however, this fee is credited to the overall cost of service once the placement has been made.
