Do you have candidates in my geography?
ABPS MedStaff recruits nationally and places candidates in all 50 states. We already have established candidate pools in many geographies and we are very skilled at recruiting in those areas where candidates are in short supply. Our corporate headquarters are located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
What is my financial obligation if I choose to hire an employee through ABPS MedStaff?
ABPS MedStaff offers three models of payment depending on the level of search you are seeking.
Contingency Search – No up front cost, fees are only paid if and when a placement is made and the candidate starts to work.
Retained Search – This model is recommended for very specialized recruiting assignments that require a more sophisticated approach. Fees are typically billed in three installments, based on reaching specific recruiting milestones throughout the search and interview process.
“Retingency” Search – This combines the most popular benefits of our retained and contingency search models. A small down payment is made to commit the services of one of our recruitment teams; however, this fee is credited to the overall cost of service once the placement has been made.

How does the process work?
Our database contains more than 50,000 healthcare professionals and we add to it everyday. This being the case, we may already have your next hire. However, if additional recruiting is necessary, we gather a detailed description of the qualifications you are seeking and then begin our recruiting campaign. We make hundreds of direct cold calls to your market place identifying the top prospects in your vertical. We also advertise in various name brand resources and we employ the use of various networking technologies as well. Of course this is all done while maintaining complete confidentiality of your company. (Unless otherwise directed) Prospects are then presented and interviews are scheduled with the selected candidates. Once the candidate you wish to hire has been identified, ABPS MedStaff will assist in formulating an offer to secure the candidate.
